It’s time to clear out the closets, basement, garage, and attic! Waterstone HOA’s Fall Garage Sale returns Thursday, October 1, through Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Residents are invited to turn unused items into extra cash, while shoppers can browse the neighborhood for furniture, clothing, toys, seasonal décor, household goods, and hidden treasures. Invite your friends and family to join the bargain hunting!

Sale Hours

  • Thursday, October 1: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • Friday, October 2: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, October 3: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
