Chuck Lencheck

Board President

Chuck Lencheck and his wife Lori and have lived in Windpointe for 27 years. They raised four daughters here and now play with 4 grandchildren. Chuck has a BA from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA from Butler University He currently works as the Sr. VP of Channel Development for a Fortune 500 company. He is a fan of John Denver, Michael Bublé and John Coltrane music, skiing in Colorado, pickleball in Carmel, and sailing anywhere. He also knows all the words to Hamilton.

Bayhill

Bobbi McPeak, one of three representatives from Bayhill, enjoys long walks by the ocean, whenever she gets the opportunity! An artist, she also loves working on any ocean-related themes.

Stonewick

Tricia Stieneker and her husband, Jeff, have lived in Stonewick since 2013. They met in high school while working at O’Malia’s. They have two children and five grandchildren. The Stienekers have enjoyed renovating their home and enjoy entertaining in it. A love for Indiana University runs deep in her family, with Tricia, her kids, her kids’ spouses, and in-laws all attending. Tricia is the pool liaison to the board and is pleased to represent her neighbors in Stonewick.

Bayhill

Zachary Kulsrud has been a Waterstone resident since 2021. He and his wife, Andrea, have two children, Sylvia and Emerson. They love Waterstone and are grateful for the exceptional amenities and their wonderful neighbors.

Zachary works as the Director of Marketing for Pulpdent Corporation, a dental manufacturer based in Watertown, Massachusetts. He grew up in Carmel near 106th Street and Keystone. He is a graduate of Carmel High School and the University of Notre Dame.

Since moving to Waterstone, Zachary has worked as a liaison to the Communications Committee. In this role, he has assisted in the development and posting of content to the Waterstone of Carmel website.

Tina Smith

Bayhill

Tina Smith has been a Waterstone resident since 1997. She and her husband, Mike, have two daughters Brooke and Blake. Her family loves the neighborhood so much they are actually in their second home in the neighborhood. Tina is an active Realtor in the community and joined the board in 2020.

The Smiths are huge sport fans...LOVE the COLTS and support their daughter Blake who plays basketball at Ball State University. Tina's second home away from home is in cabo. The Smiths love to travel!

David Stippler

Stonewick

David Stippler and his spouse, Liz, have lived in Waterstone for over 15 years. David joined the HOA Board in February, 2021 and serves as the current Secretary for the Board, being one of two Board members representing the Stonewick neighborhood. David has been a practicing attorney for almost 48 years and formerly served as the Indiana Utility Consumer Counselor from 2008-2016, as an appointed State agency head under both former governors, Mitch Daniels and Mike Pence. David is an avid reader (especially history), enjoys playing golf and duplicate bridge, and attending the performing arts.

Derrick Duncan

Brookfield

Derrick Duncan moved to Waterstone in 2017 with his wife and their five children. They love all the community amenities. When Derrick isn't fulfilling his duties as a firefighter with the Indianapolis Fire Department, he teaches tennis, writes music, and spends quality time with his family.

Jemmie Wang

Windpointe

Jemmie Wang and his family have lived in Waterstone since 2006. Jemmie joined the HOA Board in May of 2021 and serves as the Treasurer and Chairperson of the Lake Committee. Jemmie loves to travel and has been to 43 countries, all 50 states, and 50 of the 63 National Parks. Jemmie is a consultant, investor, and entrepreneur but his dream is to be a vagabond. When at home in Windpointe, Jemmie and family like to fish Lake Waterstone, canoe/kayak the White River, bike around town, and attend performances at the Hotel Carmichael, Palladium and Tarkington.

Erik Mroz

Brookfield

Erik S. Mroz is a resident of Brookfield. A father of two boys, Erik moved to Waterstone with his family in June 2018. They love the community amenities, mature landscaping, and the strong sense of community. Erik is a partner with Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, in Carmel where he focuses on environmental law, insurance coverage, and litigation. In his spare time, Erik and his family enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and hosting backyard BBQs.
