Process

Please complete the form below to request an architectural change to the exterior of your home. (Note: Interior changes do not require approval.) Once your form is received, a representative from the Waterstone HOA Architectural Review Board (ARB) will contact you via email. At that time, you may be asked to provide additional information to assist with ARB review (drawings, color samples, etc.). Your request will be addressed within 30 days, however most requests are reviewed sooner. Questions may be directed to:
