Waterstone HOA Welcomes Dan Sweeney to Board of Directors

The Waterstone Homeowners Association would like to welcome Dan Sweeney to its Board of Directors. Effective immediately, Dan will be one of two members representing Stonewick on the board.

Dan brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He is a seasoned business executive with more than 35 years of experience in property management for high profile commercial properties. Most recently, Dan served as Regional Property Manager for Hertz Investment Group in Indianapolis from 2007 to 2024.

Since moving to Waterstone, Dan has served on the Waterstone HOA Architectural Review Board (ARB) and been an active member of the Waterstone HOA Clubhouse Committee. In 2025, he started a golf league for Waterstone Members.

Dan was voted onto the board at the September HOA board meeting. Dan’s term will expire in May 2026, at which time he may run for reelection.

Dan will replace Kent Paulin on the board, who resigned in July. We would like to thank Kent for his service on the board and his work as the Chair of the Waterstone HOA Landscaping Committee. We wish Kent the best of luck in his future endeavors!
