Attention Waterstone Homeowners: A seat has opened on the Waterstone HOA Architectural Review Board (ARB). Interested homeowners are encouraged to apply.

Serving on the ARB is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our community. The ARB is composed of three members who are responsible for reviewing proposed changes to the external appearance of homes within Waterstone.

Per Waterstone’s governing documents, the ARB is charged with preserving and enhancing home values and helping to “maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, improvements, and the natural vegetation and topography.”

Members of the ARB are elected by a majority vote of the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors. Each member serves a one-year term, which may be renewed annually by majority vote of the Board of Directors.

How to Apply

Homeowners interested in serving on the ARB should email their interest to:

  • Joe Winship, KMC Community Association Manager: jwinship@ekirkpatrick.com

  • Chuck Lencheck, ARB Liaison, Waterstone HOA Board of Directors: clencheck@gmail.com

  • Zachary Kulsrud, President, Waterstone HOA Board of Directors: zkulsrud@yahoo.com

Candidates will be interviewed by the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors. When evaluating applicants, it will be helpful for the board to understand the experience each candidate would bring to the ARB.

Further Questions

If you have additional questions, please reach out to one of your board representatives. Thank you for your interest—we look forward to hearing from you!
