Time/Schedule:
6:00 p.m. - Doors open; Board of Directors election candidates available for meet-and-greet
6:15 p.m. - Voting begins; ballots may be cast and proxies submitted
6:30 p.m. - Board candidates may address attendees (2 minutes or less per candidate); agenda begins
7:00 p.m. - Voting ends
8:00 p.m. - Meeting ends

April 27 - April Board of Directors meeting, candidates may address community
May 13 - Annual Meeting and election
Doors open at 6:00 p.m.; candidates may meet and greet attendees
Voting begins at 6:15 p.m.
Candidates may address attendees for two minutes each at 6:30 p.m.
Voting ends at 7:00 p.m.; election results announced before end of meeting
Special session of Board of Directors follows Annual Meeting to select board officers
